A: We only sell brand new assembling machines. We are producer. All the machines are 100% new made.

Q: For First business, How do we secure our payment ? 

A: We are a trustworthy company dealing with arcade game business over 10 years. Your payment will be remitted to our company bank account in HK, which you can track this transfer and receiver. Besides, we accept Paypal. Our payment policy is T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment. During the order we will keep you updated with the process of the machine assembling, packing, loading.

Q: Do we need any installation when receive your arcade machines ?

A : No need any installation, we assemble machines well and test them carefully before shipment, so when customers receive the game machine, just need plug and play ! some large machines might be separated into parts but you just need to connect them in an easy way.

Q: How do we can do once the machine doesn't work ? 

A : We send new parts to customers via express shipping to fix the problem. 

Q: What's minimum order quantity and how long could ship ?
A: The minimum order quantity is 1pcs, and as normal, we will finish the goods in 7-15 working days after received the deposit of the game machine.

Q : What kind of payment acceptable ?
A: We accept payments of T/T (bank transfer), Paypal, Western union, Money Gram and L/C.

Q : What kind of shipment provided ?
